At Lameesa, we offer a 30-day return policy for our customers. We aim to make the return process as smooth as possible, but we have a few guidelines to ensure both you and our team have a hassle-free experience.

2. Return Eligibility

– Returns are accepted within 30 days of placing the order.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags intact.
– For damaged or defective items, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

3. Return Process

– Please contact our customer support team via email, phone, or WhatsApp to initiate a return.
– Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
– You can either opt for a refund or place a new order with the same value.

4. Refund Policy

– If a refund is requested, you will be notified via WhatsApp to share your bank account details or any preferred wallet information such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Upaisa for processing the refund.
– Refunds will not be processed until the product is received and verified by our team.
– For defective items, a full refund will be issued.
– Please note that the delivery charges for returns will be borne by the customer.

5. Non-Returnable Items

– Personalized or customized items (like engraved products) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
– Any items returned that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer.
